The Ernitec VariCam is an integrated high resolution colour camera and aspherical varifocal lens. This combination provides a very compact camera that can be fitted almost anywhere.

The key benefit of the VariCam is that it saves you from keeping numerous lenses on stock so that you can cover the most typical installations. Another important benefit is that the integrated solution saves you time during the installation, as the lens is an integral part of the camera eliminating the need for mounting the lens, assembling plugs and wires and adjusting the back focus. On top of that, once the camera is installed, the field of view is set by means of two push-buttons, exactly as the user requires. It may even be changed later on, if the site is changed at a later stage.
